1. Commercial Ownership of Content
All copy, captions, hashtags, hooks, blueprints, PDF documents and ideas generated by you using LocalReach Tools are 100% owned by you. You have full, unrestricted rights to use, edit, publish, monetize and distribute your generated output across commercial and personal marketing channels without royalties.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LocalReach Tools strictly for lawful marketing and creative purposes. You must not use the application to generate deceptive, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
3. Client-Side Software Reliability
LocalReach Tools is provided "as is" and "as available". While we engineer for extreme stability and zero downtime, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical creative copy using our built-in JSON and TXT export features.
4. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to refine linguistic templates, add industry datasets and introduce new software features to enhance user experience at our discretion.
